Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice was founded in June of 2014 by William and Lindsay Nozak, along with their friend and business partner Daniel Nix. The dream was to be the best in the industry, and that dream was well on its way to reality when they were voted the “Best in the World” by the Tulsa World readers less than two months after opening.
