Every event package is designed specifically to meet your needs. Harper’s Hut shaved ice events are a great way do be coined “Event Planner Champion.”  Our professional event planners are here to help plan and organize the details of your event. We know that creating memorable events isn’t as easy as making a snow cone so we have created pre-made event packages that set the framework for the big day.

Movie and a Sno Cone

Harper’s Hut works with Criterion in order to show movies at our huts and events. These shaved ice events are best for kids or teens. No size party is too small for a great Movie and a Sno Cone event. With us, we bring a 12-foot blow up screen, professional sound system, video projector, and gourmet snow cones.

The Ice Chest

Our Ice Chest is just as it sounds! An ice chest full of delicious Harper’s Hut snow. The ice chest is perfect for birthday parties, work events, sports games, and get-togethers. The Meltdown

The Largest Snowball Fight Of The Summer. The Meltdown is an event that takes place on your designated church property. The aim of this event is to attract buzz to the church/youth group. Harper’s Hut is perfect for indoor or outdoor meetings, employee appreciation events, large gatherings, small gatherings, private parties, birthday parties, block parties, and school or church sponsored events. We are fully mobile and Health Department approved for any large gathering.
