Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice started in the summer of 2014 in Sand Springs. In the first year of Harper’s Hut opening the doors they were able to raise over $2,000 to help the local community. William Nozak (CEO) and his wife Lindsay Nozak have certainly done a fantastic job of creating a fun family environment for everyone. Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice is now opening a Hut in Glenpool, OK. Harper’s Hut has plenty to offer for any town but the one thing I would like to point out is their ability to bring the community together. Harper’s Hut has something they like to call “Movie and A Sno Cone,” the name can pretty much explain the event. They have a giant blow up screen that they project movies on after it gets dark. What could be a better way to relax and enjoy your snow cone than to do it while watching a movie on the lawn. Harper’s Hut have plenty to do for the entire family. You will see kids outside jumping rope, hula hooping, playing with calk, or simply relaxing on a blanket in the grass soaking up the sun.
