Harper’s Hut was founded by William Nozak and his wife Lindsay Nozak in the summer of 2014. In the first year of opening the shaved ice stand, Harper’s Hut was awarded “Best in the Word” by the Tulsa World newspaper. Prattville snow cones are going to be much better now that Harper’s Hut is in town. Harper’s Hut has a vision to create a closeness of community in every town it serves. Harper’s Hut has plenty to offer for the entire family. They have jump ropes for the kids, live music the parents would enjoy, and event treats and toys for the dogs. If you were looking in on Harper’s Hut you would see kids playing with frisbees, footballs, hula hoops, or whatever toys Harper’s Hut can get their hands on. Every Friday night Harper’s Hut host what they like to call “Movie and a Sno Cone,” a family fun movie night. They have a giant blow up projector screen that they play a family friendly movie on. The best part is that Harper’s Hut doesn’t charge you a dime. You don’t even have to buy a snow cone. When it comes to customer service Harper’s Hut has the best! Prattville snow cones will be better now that HH is in the mix. The Harper’s Hut employees don’t like to think of you as a customer but rather a guest. When you are at the hut you are family. Harper’s Hut wants you to feel appreciated because they know you work hard and deserve to be treated for a day. When I go to the hut they always greet me with the same “Welcome to the Hut.” William (CEO) encourages his employees to remember all of his guests’ names by heart. They truly want to get to know you and serve you.

If you are looking for a place to take the family and you are on a budget, Harper’s Hut is the place to go. There was definitely a need for a place like this in Prattville. Everyone wants to know that their family is safe. You don’t want to worry when you are trying to enjoy the day with the family. Harper’s Hut has a great staff that will watch over the kiddos. You never have to think about what you are going to do again, just go down to Harper’s Hut.  They have live bands, games for the kids, and even treats for the dogs.
