Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice is a first generation shave ice company. We model our products similar to how they do things in Hawaii. Adding ice cream, nuts, chocolate, bears, sprinkles, sour worms and ropes, marshmallows, Li Hing Powder, salt, limes, spearmint, Oreos, whip cream, our secret house cream, cheesecake, etc, etc. On any given day, we have 5-10 toppings in our store that are not listed on the exterior menu. Plus we have a secret booklet of combinations inside, so if your favorite combination isn’t on our board, no sweet we can make it too!
Shave Ice is traditionally from the islands and in the US mainland; it was further developed in New Orleans. In fact, many of our favorite vendors are located in New Orleans.
