Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice is first a leader in the shaved ice business. Our roots are deep within our communities on the serving and pleasing customers, side of things. Only recently have we hit a critical mass with the amount of gear we own and decided to start leasing and renting it out to the public. That is not what we hope to accomplish with our rentals, we hope to meet the need of local businesses and individuals hoping to rent a tent, cooler, machine, and purchase flavors for their individual events.

Looking for a gourmet treat for your coworkers? Well, party planner, look no further. Do we have the idea for you! Several times a year and even monthly, we visit large employing entities. Blue Cross Blue Shield or Direct Energy to name a few. We visit their place of business, set up a shaved ice station in a designated area, shave ice, making gourmet treats on premises for the staff. Usually the time slots are 2 to 4 hours long and we can handle 100 to 400 desserts in any given time slot. If you have 250 employees, we assume 70-125 will want shaved ice! High School Football is underway and the shaved ice season is over! Well, not totally true! Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice can be found at several Friday Night Football Games. Find us at Chaffin Sports Complex, Eastside Sports Complex, Memorial Stadium, and Pirate Stadium, and occasionally Daniel Webster.
If you are a booster club member, PTA member, athletic director, or other interested in an additional revenue stream at your football games, we can provide it. Just ask any of the administrators of these programs, they will tell you how much additional revenue their concession stands made in 2015 due to Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice.
We rent you the gear, sell you the product and you pocket all the profits! No School in Oklahoma is too far away from Tulsa County. We can dropship, and check you out gear for the season. With 8+ machines and additional gear, we are fully equipped to handle your shaved ice needs. If you currently offer shaved ice at your games and it isn’t making you tons of additional cash, let us be a part of the solution!

Picking the correct food truck for your event can be a science, but it shouldn’t be. Keep the great ones coming back, rinse and repeat. The trick is finding out whom the great ones are! Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice would like to make a case! The Best of the best 2014 Winners and 2015 Runner-up. We are invited to 10-30 private parties, corporate events, nonprofit events, and festivals a month. We have a beautiful set up and bring class with every Food Trucks event.
It is our goal to make your guests and staff feel awesome! We bring delicious Gourmet Shaved Ice and smiles! We cannot tell you how many hugs we’ve received after shaving out one of our treats for a customer. They are that good! We come with a commercial tent, takes 15 minutes to set up, we require no electricity, and we have music and professional snow dessert makers every event.
